I really like the hands on this, as well as the rendering of the clouds. I think the blurry foot throws me off, because while I'm sure it's trying to convey motion, nothing else is as blurred (I see the wingtips are) which almost draws the eyes right to it. I do like how transparent she seems to be

Beautiful work on the figure; the face is magnificent. Not quite sure about her right hand and transparent leg () but I love the costume design. The wing/sleeve things are intriguing. I do think, however, that the background could use a little more attention. It looks to me like you layered some photos on darken/lighten, which I don't have a problem with, but the effect is not ideal in some areas (for instance, the transition between the turqoise gradient and the white cloud tops on the left doesn't seem quite fluid enough, especially where we see grey in between). But on the whole, this is a lovely piece with a very effective composition and a cool character design.
